The bar sounds like The Dubliner in Stockholm - amazing how the Irish drinking culture spread all round the Baltic - perhaps more so in Estonia where booze is cheap and they have their own drinking culture.

Your experience of skype is misleading I think. The Internet Protocol, like the old X25 is a packet switched protocol, voice communication needs permanent virtual circuits if the call is no...........ound......this whenever the network load gets above 20%. So the massive upgrade in capacity required will mean costs have to be recovered, and so we w more…
